Bob Hilbun has worked for the State Fair of Texas since 1967. Now the general manager, he has been involved with the Red River Rivalry for decades, but he admits he rarely gets to see any of the actual game. He also shares his thoughts about the OU-Texas game’s place at the Cotton Bowl, how the future looks for the rivalry staying there and if the game ever came close to moving somewhere else.
