Texas athletic director Chris del Conte calls the Red River Rivalry the nation’s best, expects it to be preserved in Dallas at the Cotton Bowl and doesn’t expect it to change with both schools headed to the SEC. But though the universities are in many ways business partners and peers, del Conte says there are major differences between the schools.
