STILLWATER —  No. 2 Oklahoma State lost its first home dual since 2022 last week, falling to No. 4 Iowa 22-9.

Flo Wrestling’s Andy Hamilton joins the show to break down what OSU can learn from that loss and what the Cowboys have to do to perform well at the Big 12 Tournament and in nationals.

1:38 —  Despite the immense fun and hype, the Iowa/OSU dual didn’t mean a ton

3:58 — Can OSU — are any other team — challenge No. 1 Penn State?

6:42 — Why OSU’s path to the Big 12 Championship is fascinating

9:19 — Despite a couple down years, Oklahoma State is still a national powerhouse

11:29 — The Cowboys are a better dual team than a national-championship contender

14:57 — What stands between Daton Fix and his first national championship?

17:36 — Does Daton Fix need a national title to cement himself as an all-time great?
