Next year, the College Football Playoff goes from four teams to 12 teams. There are still a lot of moving parts, between the Pac-12 implosion and the new look SEC, Big Ten and Big 12. I thought it would be a fun exercise to see what next year’s playoff format would look like with this year’s teams and records.

(02:29) Who controls their destiny?

(04:28) What games have playoff implications this weekend?

(07:52) 12-team format in 2024

(09:49) Next year’s format w/this year’s teams

(13:31) How Oklahoma would still be a factor in a 12-team

(14:05) How many more games would be important if we had a 12-team playoff?
